On April 25th, a business delegation from the Singapore Furniture Industry Council, led by Hua Ding, Secretary General of the Chongqing Furniture Industry Association, visited and exchanged ideas at the ZENCO CASA’s production base. The purpose of this inspection is to deepen exchanges and cooperation in the furniture industry between China and Singapore, and explore new opportunities for coordinated development of the industry.

The delegation went deep into the factory's production line, accompanied by Tianhong Liao, Chairman of ZENCO CASA, Yuqing Huang, Deputy General Manager, and Emma Wang, General Manager of International Business Development, went deep into the production line of the factory. In the modern production workshop, the mission gained a detailed understanding of the entire process of high-end solid wood customized furniture production, from strict screening of raw materials, advanced processing technology, to precise assembly and quality inspection.

During the visit, Tianhong Liao, the Chairman of ZENCO CASA, personally demonstrated the modern application of traditional mortise and tenon craftsmanship, which impressed the delegation with its exquisite skills and innovative design. In the 100 meter long UV curing coating production line workshop, the delegation carefully observed the entire intelligent production process from raw materials to paint finish, and gained a deep understanding of the intelligent production system of ZENCO CASA - from high-precision CNC machining equipment to digital production management system. The efficient and environmentally friendly manufacturing process fully demonstrated the leading level of intelligent manufacturing of the enterprise, further enhancing the confidence of both parties in deepening cooperation.

At the symposium, Emma Wang, General Manager of International Business Development, gave the delegation a comprehensive introduction of the company's development history and shared the deep foundation of cooperation between ZENCO CASA and the Singapore industry.

As a practitioner of Sino-Singapore cooperation, ZENCO CASA, together with CapitaLand Group of Singapore, has jointly created the InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City and Ascott Raffles City Chongqing. In addition, ZENCO CASA has also supplied furniture to Binomio Spanish Restaurant, a popular local online celebrity restaurant in Singapore.

In addition, ZENCO CASA has also collaborated with internationally renowned design institutions such as LTW of Singapore and the Singapore office of HBA. Together, we have created high-end projects including The Regent Chongqing and Fairmont Chengdu Palm Springs. These successful cases vividly demonstrate ZENCO CASA's full-chain service capabilities, from design and research and development to delivery and implementation.

Mr Joshua Koh, President of the Singapore Furniture Industry Council, spoke highly of ZENCO CASA Factory's production scale, technical strength and product quality, and looked forward to strengthening cooperation with ZENCO CASA to jointly explore a wider international market. After the meeting, Joshua Koh presented Chairman Liao with a meaningful gift - a "CHEESE BOARD" carefully crafted from 300 recycled chopsticks. This eco-friendly handicraft not only embodies the concept of circular economy, but also cleverly interprets the close cooperation between China and Singapore furniture industry, with the characteristic of chopsticks being "mutually supportive and indispensable", conveying the beautiful expectation of win-win cooperation and long-term collaboration between both parties.

This exchange activity has not only enhanced the mutual understanding and trust between the two parties, but also opened up new spaces for cooperation.
